Mehfil Poker is in development. Store links will appear here once the Google Play listing is live.
Reporting a bug
Include these so we can reproduce the problem:
- Phone and Android version: for example, Samsung Galaxy S23, Android 14.
- Game mode: solo practice, private room, local Wi-Fi or public quick play.
- What happened: the steps you took and what went wrong.
- Player ID or room code, if you can see them. Your Player ID is in your profile.
- A screenshot, with any recovery code or personal detail cropped out.
Never email us your recovery code, a password or any payment details. We will never ask for them.
Seeing or deleting your account data
You can ask to see, correct or delete the account records we hold on our servers.
The app has no delete-account button yet, so email support@mehfilgames.com with the subject line "Mehfil Poker Privacy Request" and include your Player ID.
We check that the account is yours before we show or delete anything. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes your settings from the phone, but your chip balance and hand history stay on our servers until you ask us to delete them. The privacy policy has the details.
Common questions
Can I redeem virtual chips for real money or physical prizes?
No. Chips have no money value. They cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed for prizes of any kind.
How do I know if I am playing a bot?
Bots carry bot names such as Bot_Shadow, Bot_AceHigh and Bot_SwiftFox, and the cloud AI opponent is labelled the same way. Public quick play tables seat human players only.
Does every game mode require an internet connection?
No. Solo practice against offline bots and local Wi-Fi tables work without internet. Private online rooms, public quick play and the cloud AI opponent need a connection.
How does account recovery work for guest players?
Your guest account is stored on our servers, and your recovery code is in your in-game profile. Enter that code on a new phone to get back your name, avatar and chip balance.
How do I request deletion of my server account data?
Email support@mehfilgames.com with the subject line "Mehfil Poker Privacy Request" and your Player ID. We check the account is yours, then delete it by hand.
Why was there no ad for a chip refill?
A refill needs Google AdMob to have an ad for your region, your ad consent choice to allow it, and our server to confirm the ad finished. While the game is in development, and in regions with few ads, there is often no ad to show.
